All products are thouroughly inspected before your package is sent. If you, despite this, should discover an issue with any of the products, you are of course welcome to exchange the item free of charge. Email and describe the problem preferrably with an image. Write "Complaints + your order number" in the subject. 

Please note that all complaints have to be approved BEFORE you return your product.

Shipping damages

If the package or contents is broken when you recieve it, please make sure to report it to the carrier straight away. Also, make sure to contact to let us know about the issue.
