We strive to send your package the same day as the purchase is completed. The packages are sent with DPD and is delivered to your nearest pick up point within 2-3 days, unless strikes or force majeure occurs. During holidays or sales you should expect a couple of more days for your package to arrive.
If we're unable to deliver one or more items in your order, you will be notified via email. If you've ordered more than one product, the remaining products will be shipped anyway.
Unclaimed packages
You have 7 days to pick up your parcel at the delivery point. If you do not pick up the package within that time, it will be returned to us. If you have chosen home delivery, it is important that you do your part to get the hold of the package. For this reason, we always provide you with a tracking id, so that you can follow your package. Unclaimed packages are charged 30€ for shipping and administrative fees.
