FYI! The shoe box is a part of the goods. Should we get back a damaged box we will charge you a fee of 30 euro. If you return used or damaged goods we cannot accept your return.

If the order is paid with Klarna it's important that you pay your invoice, even if you want to return the product, since it might take a few days for your package to reach us. Once the return is approved, your money will be refunded automatically.

Want a new pair or size? No problems! Place a new order of the item you would like to change to. The order will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. You will get a new invoice on your order. The old invoice will be updated accordingly when your return has beenprocessed.
