General

If you wish to return a product, you need to notify us via email at kundtjanst@footish.se but remember that we always have free return shipping on footish.de

FYI! Remember that the shoe box is part of the goods. Should we get back a damaged box we will charge you a fee of 30 euro. If you return used or damaged goods we cannot accept your return. We will send you an email when we receive your return.

Exchanges

1. Make sure to wrap your goods properly in paper or plastic.

2. Use the pre printed return label free of charge and bring the package back to the same place you pick up your package. You will get a confirmation via email as soon as your return is processed.

It can take up to 14 days for a return to reach us and be processed in our warehouse.

Does it cost anything to make an exchange?

No, while ordering from footish.de the exchange shipping always is included.

Will I get a new invoice when changing a product?

Yes you will have a new invoice of your new order, the old invoice will be updated when return is processed.

How long do I have to make up my mind about a product?

You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep your products, counted from the day you recieve your order.

Returns

Want a new pair or size? No problems! Make a new order of the item you would like to change to. We will ship out the order in 1-3 business days. You will get a new invoice on your new order. The old invoice Will be updated accordingly as soon your return has been registered.

Do I pay my Klarna invoice even though I'm returning the product?

If the order is paid with Klarna it's important that you pay your invoice, even if you want to return the product, since it might take a few days for your package to reach us. Once the return is approved, your money will be refunded automatically.

Do I get a new invoce if I return one of two pair of shoes?

If there is anything left to pay on the invoice, you can see your updated invoice on My Klarna

Shipping damages

If the package or contents is broken when you recieve it, please make sure to report it to the carrier straight away. Also, make sure to contact kundtjanst@footish.se to let us know about the issue.
